(0.5MIL at 20x)
For example:
If the dot size is 1/8 MOA, and magnification is 60x:
(1/8)*(40/60) = (1/12) MOA
Thus, the 1/8 MOA dot at 40x will cover like a 1/12 MOA dot at 60x.

For higher magnification, turn the zoom-ring clockwise to align the index
mark with the desired power (i.e. 10x - 60x).
Dot size variation with zoom
Because March scopes currently have second focal plane reticles, the apparent
reticle dot size does not change with zoom; however, the angular area of
the dot against the target will change. For the 10-60x52 scopes, when a
reticle dot size of 1/8 MOA or 1/16 MOA is available, it is measured at
40x zoom. To determine the correct value at other zoom levels, the following
calculation can be performed:
